Message from the Coordinator Minimize

On behalf of the organising committee, I would like to thank all the delegates, conference assistants, sponsors, and guest speakers of the New Zealand Model Security Council 2009.  The conference is over, for another year, and it was a true success.  It was a pleasure to watch - when I had moments of free time - the debate in each committee and in the plenary.  All delegates deserve high praise.

I would also like to publically thank the other members of the organising committee: Lizzie Chan, Andy Fraser, Nirupa George, Richard Higgns, Chloe Muggeridge, and Zeb Stone.  Without any one of them, the conference would not have been possible.  Finally, I would like to thank the UNYANZ regions, especially the Auckland Region, for their assistance in promotions.  I encourage delegates to get in touch with their local regions.

Stay in touch through the Facebook group, and look out for other UNYANZ events in the near future.

Best wishes,

David Tong
Coordinator
