Special General Meeting to be held on 18 August at 7pm - Saturday, 14 August 2010

Pursuant to Rule 9 of the organisation's constitution, the National Executive has called for a Special General Meeting to be held at the UNYANZ National Office in Wellington on 18 August at 7pm.

The meeting is being called in order to grant the organisation power to borrow money, as required by the constitution. This allows the THIMUN 2011 delegation to obtain significantly cheaper and more convenient flights than otherwise permitted by the delegates' schedule of payments. These flights must be paid for as soon as possible - hence the haste with which the meeting has been called.

Members of the organisation wanting more background to the motion and to vote by proxy, should click below.
